By accessing or using GetLostMoto ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") at getlostmoto.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
GetLostMoto is a motorcycle route planning web application that generates scenic, backroad-focused routes based on user-provided starting points, destinations, and ride duration preferences. The Service uses third-party mapping and routing data to generate routes.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
GetLostMoto offers a free trial period with limited features. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

GetLostMoto generates suggested routes for entertainment and planning purposes only.
Routes generated by the Service are based on algorithmic data and do not account for: current road conditions, construction, closures, weather, traffic, road hazards, legal speed limits, vehicle suitability, or rider skill level. Routes may include roads that are unpaved, poorly maintained, dangerous, or unsuitable for your motorcycle or skill level.
You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of others when riding. Always obey all applicable traffic laws and regulations. Never ride distracted. Wear appropriate safety gear. Verify road conditions before riding any generated route. GetLostMoto is not liable for any accidents, injuries, deaths, property damage, fines, or other consequences arising from your use of routes generated by the Service.
The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by GetLostMoto and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Map and routing data is provided by third parties including OpenStreetMap contributors (licensed under ODbL) and OpenRouteService.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ROUTES GENERATED ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SAFE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETLOSTMOTO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR DEATH, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetLostMoto and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling through your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
